Eric Koithan
Hello! My name is Eric Koithan. I am a proud husband, father, and former coach and teacher. In 2015, I received my undergraduate degree in education. After ten years in education, I decided to pursue counseling because I believe I am called to help others on a personal level. My training in the Clinical Mental Health Master’s program through Liberty University has prepared me well to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients. I am currently completing my clinical training under the supervision of Stephanie Moore, LPC-MH, and I expect to complete my program in August of 2027.
My theoretical orientation integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to empower clients to transform thought patterns in a way that brings about hope and restoration. I am passionate about helping individuals experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. I am committed to meeting each individual client with grace and acceptance. I recognize that reaching out for help is a difficult decision, so I will make every effort to make clients feel valued and supported.
Everyone has a story, and I would be honored to have the opportunity to be a part of yours.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My faith is an important part of my life, and I am willing to integrate spirituality into the therapeutic process at the request of the client.
